For new clients, please fill out our application HERE. This allows us to prepare time on our schedule and to get acquainted with new arrivals. We call or text you once we receive your application to gain more information and make sure you’re a good fit. Make sure to fill out all the questions to the best of your knowledge so we can properly prepare our meeting. Our priority is to our pup client and we do our best to accommodate everyone. We never want them to feel rushed or forgotten making being prepared for their first visit very important to us.
For returning clients, we know who you are, we know what time slot to pick for you, but try and pick the closest to your usual in and out, to ensure we do have availability. If there is a major conflict with your request, we will follow up with a phone call or text!
